Deborah Korpi
BS, Economics, M.P.A Public Administration, J.D.
Deborah Davis Korpi is the owner and President of
ICMC. Deborah has spent the last ten years working
in a variety of foreign countries before coming
to Mongolia. She has consulted in the areas of cultural
resource assessment and human resource management.
An attorney by profession, Deborah brings an in-depth
understanding of corporate formation and development
and international human resource management to assist
ICMC clients in setting up and developing their
business in Mongolia.
Bobby Barnes
BA, Political Science/History, MSc Development Studies
Bobby Barnes is the Executive Director of ICMC.
Bobby first began his career in Mongolia as a Peace
Corp volunteer working in-country 2001-2003. The
day-to-day operation and management of ICMC is in
Bobby’s capable hands. As a “hands-on” manager Bobby
is willing to tackle any service requirement necessary
to assist ICMC clients with developing and conducting
business in Mongolia.
A. Battulga
BA, National University of Mongolia, Accounting
and Economics, MA, Ritsumeikean University Japan,
Developmental Economics
Battulga assists ICMC clients with new establishing
accounting and bookkeeping system, as well, as he
offers non-legal tax compliance assistance to ICMC
clients. Battulga has worked since 1999 with private
companies in Mongolia.
B. Chimeg
BA, Institute of Finance and Economy, Accounting,
MBA, National University of Mongolia, Accounting
and Economics
Chimeg together with Battulga assist ICMC clients
establish accounting and bookkeeping systems that
are compliance with Mongolian laws. Chimeg has worked
since 1999 assisting private business and non-governmental
organizations with their accounting needs.
L. Odsuren
BA, National University of Mongolia Law School,
MBA National University of Mongolia (pending 2006)
Odsuren is ICMC’s attorney. She has worked as an
attorney in Mongolia since 2004 and has been instrumental
in the formation of hundreds of companies, non-governmental
organizations and is very familiar with the requirements
of corporate formation required to register organizations
with the Mongolian State Registration Office and
the Foreign Investment and Foreign Trade Agency.
M. Turbat
BA, University of Finance and Economy Cleveland
Street Institute of Intensive English Language
Turbat is ICMC’s highly skilled translator that
feels equally comfortable translating highly technical
operations manuals, legal documents or everyday
business correspondence. In addition to his abilities
as a written translator, Turbat is equally comfortable
in assisting clients with oral translation if it
is required.
S. Nyamdeleg
2001 Mongolian University of Trade and Industry
Nyamdeleg known as “Degi” is ICMC’s immigration,
visa and work permit specialist. He works extensively
with Mongolia’s Department of Labor, Department
of Immigration and the Foreign Investment and Foreign
Trade Agency to assist ICMC clients in registration
of workers and visitors to Mongolia. As well, Degi
is the friendly face at the Chingiss Khan Airport
the “meets and greets” newcomers to Mongolia.
